gallery Unfold では7月12日から27日にかけて、Tim Budden X 陳 怡今 X 李 盈蓁 X Dustin London「交差する風景 重なり合う経験」を開催いたします。文化や世代を超えて集まった4名のアーティストは、それぞれ彫刻、ドローイング、絵画、陶芸といった分野で、伝統的な素材やメディアを用いつつも、新たな作法や発想を取り入れることで、それぞれの表現形式そのものを再考しています。彼らが生み出す新たな風景は、「積層／貫通」「流動／固定」「平面／立体」「イメージ／テクスチャー」といった概念を対立項として捉えるのではなく、複数の軸を自在に行き来しながら、ジャンルや伝統といった枠組みを軽やかに超えていきます。この機会にぜひご高覧ください。

Piecing Landscapes：Experience in Layers
gallery Unfold is pleased to present “Piecing Landscapes: Experience in Layers”, a group exhibition featuring Tim Budden, Yi-Chin Chen, Yin-Chen Li, and Dustin London, on view from July 12 to 27, 2025.
Bringing together four artists from different cultural and generational backgrounds, the exhibition showcases works in sculpture, drawing, painting, and ceramics. While each artist engages with traditional materials and media, they also incorporate new methods and ideas that prompt a reexamination of their respective practices.
The landscapes they create do not position dichotomies such as "layering/permeation," "fluidity/fixity," "surface/depth," or "image/texture" as oppositions. Rather, the artists move freely between these multiple axes, transcending boundaries of genre and tradition with lightness and fluidity.
